While we agree that modern education prepares the learners in core subject areas and provide the skills for their life in the increasingly competitive world, our vision is that the purpose of education is much broader: to prepare knowledgeable, conscious, engaged, socialized and critically thinking citizens for active participation in the global world.

Our mission is to assist education systems and organizations in finding answers about the relative strengths and weaknesses of the policies and practices taking place, and use this information to improve the versatile outcomes of education through intelligible policies and reforms. We do not only provide research and technical assistance in different areas, but aim to share our capacity among the organizations we collaborate with.
